Information we collect

When you request the syllabus, Skill IQ Academy collects your name, email address and phone number. We also record the time of your request. If you contact us directly, we receive the information you choose to share.

How we use it

We use form details to record syllabus requests and respond when you ask for help. The form does not enrol you in a marketing list. The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions, such as contact-link clicks. Syllabus form values are stored on the hosting server and are not sent to Google Analytics by the form.

Storage and access

Form records are stored outside the public website directory on Hostinger. Access is limited to people authorised to manage the website and syllabus requests. Hosting and analytics providers process information as needed to provide their services. External services such as WhatsApp have their own privacy policies.

Retention and requests

We keep syllabus records while needed to administer requests and handle related enquiries, or where retention is legally required. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email hello@skilliq.live. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
